I had a building inspection done on rental my property as the previous tenant had moved out, I wanted the property to be in top shape for the new tenants. The report showed high moisture levels on the bathroom/master bedroom wall. I had been calling builders/repairers for a few weeks, they either couldn’t start the job for a few months or the job was too small for them. One company came to quote, then I never heard from them again. I was recommended Chris by one of my vendor’s, so I got in touch with her, I showed her the building report and she said it was not a problem. I said to her I needed to get a painter and carpet layer in, she said we do that as well. Chris and her team painted, installed new carpet, replaced lights with LED lights, installed heat pump, repaired electrical issues, got the property up to healthy homes standards, she did it all. Chris is truly a one stop home renovation shop. We will be using her in the future and I would highly recommend anyone reading this to have Chris as their project manager. Thanks.
